Random Post...

August has been pretty low key for us so far. We've just been enjoying doing things together as a family. Going for walks, went to the outlets in Park City, and the highlight was getting together with my sister Emily and her family while they were in Utah visiting her in-laws. We met at Thanksgiving Point and went to the Dinosaur Museum and then went to lunch at Cafe Rio. We had so much fun seeing them. It just wasn't nearly enough time! Carter loved running around with his cousins and I loved getting talk with Emily...nothing quite like spending time with your sister! Hopefully one of these days we won't live 2,000+ miles away from each other!

Randomly we passed the Ghostbusters on the freeway the other day?!


Carter was being silly one morning and decided to put his little PJ shorts on his head. I think everything about this picture is hilarious...the shorts, his pose...everything!


Carter wanted to wear a tie to church like Daddy, but we don't have any little ties, so Mike tied one of his on. Doesn't he look so cute! He wouldn't take it off...so we let him wear it through Sacrament...then he was willing to take it off before nursery.

Carter and Daddy all dressed-up and ready for church! Carter was insisting I get a picture of both of them in their ties. We're going to have to make a stop at the Children's Place this week to buy a little tie for him. That's the only place I can think of that I've seen baby ties...anyone know anywhere else?
